Reliance Telecom — Unauthorised balance deduction from my prepaid number again and again. | |||
Sir, I am a reliance user of kolkata circle. I am very unsatified with reliance service. Often i found that the balance of my mobile has been reduced and on enquiry from customer care i found the response that due to technical error my balance has been deducted and sometimes balance been returned back but after a few hours the balance again been deducted. And at now they stopped to attend call. As a last resort i have write this complain hoping to solve my problem.
