[Resolved]  Reliance Telecommunication — very very low network issue at my home address// hopeless service

I had given complaint to reliance telecom about low network of 3g and 2g at my bellow mentioned home billing address, but they are not attending complaint, I have given all the details of complaint to them but still they are showing no attention. Instead of attending the complaint they are sending sms that they called me, but they did not call me actually. TOTAL HOPELESS SERVICE. Reliance has very very worst customer care attitude towards customer at Guwahati city. [protected] and I received at the first ring, but you did not answered from your end & you disconnected the line, immediately after this you sent two sms that you tried at my no. It seems you did not wanted to talk with me to resolve, as I earlier also I have experienced of getting sms asking feedback of your call, but practically you never called actually. What type of customer care you are, just giving fake call to customer?? You does not have any intention to resolve customer issue?? 2ndly, yesterday on 02/11/2015, I got your call from ph no. [protected] at 9:32am asking the same trailing details what you asked in mail on today, the customer care at the mentioned no. had noted down all the following details which you again asked today from me and spoiled my half an hour, She told that she had registered the complaint and the complaint details will be sent to me in mail. But, where is the mail? Instead of that you are again repeatedly asking the same details which are already given to you on yesterday?? Why are you harassing the customer like this?? It is a total hopeless service. I cannot give you the same details repeatedly, sorry. Dear Reliance, Already this complaint has been given to your customer care email id, first called to 198 but they refuse to register complaint, 2ndly sent mail to your customer care, they called me on next day and I have repeated the complaint, also given exact area location, handset details, city, state and all, she told me complaint have been registered, but till now I have not got the complaint no., instead I got mail asking the address and all, which are already given, Nobody call me thereafter but your your customer care mailed that they are trying to contact at my no., which is a false thing, I have not got any call, you are delaying the thing but not attending the complaint. 3rdly, the same complaint has been forwarded to your assam circle service head too, then why are you showing DEAF & DUMB SERVICE ATTITUDE?? THIS IS TOTAL HOPELESS.
After the complaint here at consumer complaint forum, reliance called me and registered the complaint and told me within six hour technical team will contact me, but now after four days nobody contacted me, this is the service quality of reliance. I am quiet frustrated with the service attitude of reliance, total hopeless. Trai should withdraw the license of this kind of cheating company.
AS per your earlier communication over telephone after this complaint at this consumer forum, within six hour your complaint there was no call from your technical team nor till date there was any communication from your any technical team nor customer care, then how can you say that customer's complaint has been solved and you have not taken customer's opinion till date ?

FOR YOUR INFORMATION THERE WAS NO IMPROVEMENT AT MENTIONED ADDRESS IN NETWORK LAVEL.

THIS IS THE SAMPLE OF CUSTOMER CARE ATTITUDE OF RELIANCE TELECOM.

THIS IS A 420 COMPANY HAVING NO CUSTOMER VALUE.
