Reliance Trends — debit card payment declined | |||
I had made purchases from reliance trends outlet gariahat branch in kolkata, west bengal, india, on sunday 10.09.17. The value was rs 3, 902. At the time of payment my pnb debit card was swiped twice and on both occasions the card got declined. Unfortunately for both the declined transactions my account got debited two times with the same value. The shop authorities denied getting the payment so ultimately i had to make payment with my other card. My concern is that if on both occasions my card got declined then how come my account got debited twice. I would be grateful if i am able to get some confirmations from your end that both the failed transaction value was not received from your end. I was told by the said shop manager mr niladri ganguly that they would be issuing a letter confirming the same, but it would be helpful if the same could be confirmed by the account department of your organisation at the earliest. I am worried that due to this error i may loose my hard earned money. Your kind co-operation in this regard is solicited. The tax invoice number generated against my purchase is [protected]. While trying out a few oufits .. two three staffs behaved very rudely to us . Very impolite staffs and harsh nature ...Please do something about it.
