Reliance Trends — did not get the exact product I have ordered

I have ordered some items using the coupon of 2500 and get a discount of 1000.
But dint get the exact product i have ordered. I got some other product.

I have sent mail to customer care don't get any reply on that.
Called several time to customer care number provided. It is completely wrong.

I have returned the product but the courier service said that the returned product id and the return id is different.

But i don't take the product back. It is with courier service.

How the product id and return id will be match. Bcz you have sent a entirely different product.

I need the exact product i have ordered.
Customers are not fools.
