Reliance Trends — Gift card not accepted

I have got a Reliance gift card. I have gone to reliance Trend shop in Trivandrum, Near Kowdiar, on 30 oct and selected my required items. At the time of payment they refused my Gift card telling that this cannot be accepted because it is not active in Reliance shops. I wonder that I have already used the same Gift card in Reliance fresh shop. I also found a large advertisement of Reliance gift card is place in the cash counter of this shop.
