Reliance Trends — money not refunded on google pay | |||
I purchased an item on 20th November from a nearby reliance trends shop at Aurobindo mall, Salkia. For which I tried to pay from Gpay app after a request of payment from the shop. The money was debited from my account but due to server error purchase confirmation was failed. I paid the money in cash. But ₹1204 was already debited from my account, which they said would be credited back to my account within 5-7 working days, but no such thing happened.When I went to the shop, they just showed me the sale amount on that day and tried buzzing me off. But after a while they considered my complaint and said they would update me as soon as possible. I purchased an item on 28th November 2019 from a nearby reliance trends shop at tirupati.For which I tried to pay from Google pay app after a request of payment from the shop. The amount was debited from my account but due to severe error purchase confirmation failed. I paid the money through debit card, but rs 1799.00 was already debited from my account, which they said would be credited back to my account within 5 to 7 working days, but no such thing happened.please consider the complaint and refund my money back to my account.I am attaching screen shot of transaction id with this

To where to refund my money
Today morning my money is refunded into my account
I purchased clothes from nearby reliance store in Paonta sahib, himachal on 1 March. Store manager assured me that I will get my refund within 7 working days but after that I went to the store 10-15 times and everytime they asked to wait for 2-3 days. It is more than 2 months. Please provide me the refund ASAP.
