I have made purchase many of times at your shop at sangli. I got coupons many of times, but this time i could not get redeem at this time. As earlier i have got messages from company & call from store, at this time did not get message as well as call from the store. I have lonched complaint against it by calling care centre. Only apology is not solution, loss of rs 1500 matters, arrogantly replied the staff members. Staff members said they have called me but i have shown them call records call list do not have any no. They told me. Company did not get any action? What should i do?
