Reliance Trends — received a wrong product and order got partially cancelled

My first order with order id tr05845604 was cancelled from their end. Now, when i placed an another order with order id tr06108729, they delivered a wrong product and partially cancelled my order (Did not deliver all the items). When i tried to contact them, there's no response from their side. Also, they do not reply to my mails. I feel if they can't handle their online portal, they should shut it down.
