Reliance Trends — refund not initiated for product returned | |||
Hello, I made an order in reliance trends online store on 26 may 2018, order no : #tr05920355. One product in shipment was not good and i returned the product rio-novelty print shirt with patch pockets. Return was picked on 6 june 2018. I got a message in my phone that return id is 00320618 and is picked up. I will get refund of rs 300 once product reach them. After that i didn't get any intimation or refund from reliance trends. I have sent repetitive mails to customer care of reliance trend and didn't get any reply. I tried contacting by phone, nobody picked it up. Please help me getting my refund of rs300.
