Dear sir/madam I have done a shopping of rs.700/- and rs.2539/-, when i made my first bill nobody has told me the offer about the bowl set and when i was abt to the second bill, the executive has informed me abt the offer i told him to club the bills and will do the shopping for the differece amount to avail the offer but he didnot cooperate and being a esteemed customer of reliance trends i didnot want to disturb the atmosphere, the reason why iam putiing a wordt to the management to do the needful Cin no u01100mh199plc120563 for rs./-2539/- Other bill for rs.700/- bill missing but have clothes pertaining to the bill Regards Sachidanand Finance manager-bajaj group [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

I had returned a product in reliance trends. They provided a gift card saying whenever you purchase next use this card. When I gave the card to payment the staff said there's no record in the card. For returns they didn't provide any bill even though asked.. poor service.. need my money back
