I had purchased clothes on 31st august 2018 and wanted to exchange
Customer service handler nirmala in sangli reliance trends sfc mega mall, assured cash back after 15 days and has not fulfilled my requirements and very disrespectfully spoken to me with high tone and has not given me proper response and have wrongly blamed me and lied about cash back
I am very disappointed with the service and will never again shop in reliance trends as it was my favourite place to shop.
