[Resolved] Religare Enterprises — horrible service form religare mediclaim | |||||
Dear sir / madam, I had submitted my claim[protected] documents on 22-dec-2017. From the date i have submitted the documents they started asking for unnecessary docs and put my claim under query, though i have submitted all the necessary docs and bills and i have nothing pending from my end. Finally i got irritated and told them clearly to return me back the discharge certificate and i don’t need the settlement. After continuous tug of war, finally out of total amount 34169 i only 18923 got settled. I have asked them for detailed breakup, but till date i haven’t received the same. Before sending the documents i clearly stated them that i need the original discharge certificate for the issuance of the birth certificate from the municipal corporation and they had also agreed and suggested me the same. But after the claim settlement, while i mailed them for the discharge certificate, they mailed me stating that the discharge certificate cannot be shared as they need the same for audit purpose. I don’t understand why there is so much of miscommunication, mismanagement and lack of knowledge amongst the settlement team members and the executives. Lastly the executive with whom i had chat he started arguing with me regarding the discharge certificate and told me that i can go anywhere i want, when i told him about the consumer court. I am irritated with the kind of service provided by religare and would not recommend any one in near future to go with the same. I have the mediclaim policies of other companies also but have never faced such kind of horrible service. I am surprised to see that if a company provides this sorts of service in corporate policy then what kind of service it provides in case of individual policy.
