Religare Enterprises — intentional late payment of redemption amount

My nc debenture redemption amount of rs 9 lakhs due on 9.10.2017 was paid on 5 nov 17 that too after several e mails to their registrar link in time, under the pretext of rtgs rejection by pnb, the rejection is due to technical error of digit numbering by bank. For which i am not responsible.
Just like taxi driver demanding triple the meter fare when there are rains, companies also take undue advantage of the situation, fleecing investors.
The company does not reply to mails requesting to pay interest for delayed payments.
Such defaulters should be dealt with severely by govt for unfair trade practices
