Sir, i have ask/ applied for renewal of my travel policy no. 16592907 and fill the form in proper time (Three days ago) but sorry to say no payment link has been provided to me yet. I have talked to customer care on 28.29.30 of may, they said it will be send soon (As routine). At this time when everyone needs business you are ignoring the client, those providing you business. Please send the payment link at your earliest
