Religare Enterprises — religare travel insurance

I bought a travel insurance policy online from i surance pandit for my wife and myself. I received my policy correctly and promptly but my wife's policy even though has been issued, havent been sent the documents.

The team at insurance pandit from where i purchased the travel insurance have tried in vain to be able to get me the policy but religare doesnt seem to respond to my emails or theirs. I am currently travelling and am under a lot of stress just thinking how i will receive medical cover if anything had to happen tp my wife.
Please assist in being able to either get the policy or my money back as this is adding a lot of stress during travel.
