Religare Health Insurance — claim reimbursement

Resolution expected: reimbursement of claim amoun on time

We have registered for claim reimbursement for claim no.[protected]/01 we have already submitted all the papers we have still i get 10-12 query letter for the same reason. I keep on emailing the company and i don't get reply from them.

File was submitted on 17th sept.

I have been asked to submit past treatment records for more than 10 times.
I am asked to submit those treatment records which i never have taken.
My mom was prescribed 10 tablets for proper sleep and told by doctor to take only if needed.
But they are telling me that she has obsessive sleep apnea.
On what basis do they declare that?
And what is the relation between sleep apnea and spine surgery?
We had declared diabetes while filling portability form, now they say it was not declared.

Then after i had to show u the proofs. Don't they have records?

I have been asked to provide self declaration of hight and weight that i have already submitted 5 times. I have conversation of more that 30-40 mails. Should i work or i should keep emailing them.

It is about 55 days. But i only get acknowledgement number for my emails. Even nodal officer's contact number provided is wrong. Grvience readdresal cell just reply that it will be sorted out soon. Where should i go?

As i am not getting proper response on emails, i have to come to social media.
