[Resolved] Religare Health Insurance — rejected the claim after providing pre authorization | |||
So, i was to be admitted to a hospital in jaipur: bhandari hospital, and i had a group policy provided by my employer. So i asked the hospital if this whole procedure of hospitalization can be cashless, the tpa present there sent an approval request to religare, which was approved by the insurance company i. E. Religare. But at the time of discharge i got to know that they are not paying a single penny. I was completely dependent on the insurance money, but they denied it after giving the pre authorization.
