[Resolved] Religare Health Insurance — repudiation of claim | |
I was admit in a hospital due to high grade fever, same i was intimate the religare health insurance team and all required document submitted on their online portal. After that a person was came my home for verification without any intimation and without i-card. After verification i have received claim rejection letter.in which rejection reason is "document discrepancy". For know the discrepancy we email to claim team and communicate with customer care but yet we have not got any details/solution. Regarding to same i was email to religare grievance cell but not getting response yet. So i requested you please do the needful. We required your support for justice and settle my claim amount. Oct 17, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved First is " Asking the discrepancy" it may be happen any clerically mistake in form hospital documents. And verify the record of hospital and settle the claim. Religare Enterprises customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
