Religare Securities Ltd — disclose financial details without my consent

My personal financial details were leaked to my brother through Reliagre's Employee without my consent or request. I do not have my account with that employee's branch nor i had given any request. My brother made a big issue in my family and i had to undergo too much mental trauma and also monetary losses as i had not disclosed this Reliagre Account in my family. When contacted Reliagre for this, that who gave the authority to do all this, where is the request placed etc... they want to run away saying that the said employee has left their organisation 3 years back and we cannot trace anything related to this issue, we cannot do anything. I had constant followup with them since Oct 2017 till today, but their answer has not changed and they told me i can do whatever i want. So i am approaching you.
