[Resolved] Renault — additional charges on ex showroom price | |||
The ex-showroom price quoted on Renault website and customer care is 4.45 lakh for for KWID AMT but as per the dealer it is 4.62 lakh. I raised this compliant with the customer care (have audio proof on phone conversation). I have already paid advance 1 Lakh hence had no option to drop the purchase but to complain it. The sales guy ensured me that the invoice will have the 4.62 L as exshowroom price and it is a technical fault on website or customer care and tricked me to sign that I have no issues with showroom dealers and can fight with Renault for clarification. May be based on this letter they closed my compliant and despite of multiple follow ups and my warnings (that i will on consumer court/forum) over feedback calls from renault, no action was taken to resolve my concern. I have proof for this as well. The dealer gave me a invoice initially which shows ex-showroom price as 4.45 and I was shocked. When I asked, they gave me another invoice with 4.62 Lakh (seems forged) and a complex explanation. Since I was super busy with my work, I just left them with a warning and waited for customer care to resolve the concern but all in vain. Now this is a prestige issue for me to prove that a brand cant make me fool. I feel cheated and more over the way they ignored me is really frustrating. I am willing to detail my concern if required. I have copied all the escalation managers (Arjun Dharan, Binu Ravikpillai ) in my complaint and repeatedly said my complaint is not closed but both of them didn't mind of replying or even enquiring the concern. Am Also copying this concern to consumer court now. All invoice copies, Audio conversation and email communications can be produced if required to prove my stand or concern.
