[Resolved] Renault — booking amount fraud. | |||
Dear sir, I booked renault duster car from unique auto, chiplun by making payment of rs. 10000 by cheque. However i decided to cancell the booking and informed them verbally after 10 -15 days. Then i have submitted written request for refund of my booking amount. However after 2-3 months the dealer has returned only rs. 6000. However no explaination was given why did they deducted rs. 4000. Do it is requested to kindly do refund the balance amount 4000 please. Thank you.
