[Resolved] Renault — booking for renault duster | |||
I had booked duster cvt red color on 14th july. I was promised the vehicle first in a week, then in 4 weeks and then subsequently was told that the production schedule has come and i shall get the vehicle on in first week of september. It is already 15th septemeber and i do not have the vehicle. The price of the car has increased due to cess and yesterday the sales rep told me that he has no idea when the vehicle will come. The reason i booked duster over some other vehicles in the same category is that 1) price was lower post - gst 2) i was promised the vehicle in 1 week initially and then 4 weeks. Now i am in such a poor situation. Having faced so much inconvenience for two months, i still have no idea when i will get the vehicle and that too i will have to pay 70, 000 more than what i booked the vehicle for. I have booked many cars in past, but never ever faced such problems with any company other than renault india! Was this information helpful? | |||
