[Resolved] Renault — brake issue | |||
Hi Renault india i am mailing u again...earlier i have mailed u on 23 may 2018... regarding brake issue... brake issue:- sometimes brake paddle becomes very hard and brake doesn't apply.It is very scary to go vehicle free flow when one is trying to control it with the break.. brake is also sometimes very spongy...sometimes its ok type...and sometimes its better than the best... let me explain in detail... on previous complain... i have visited service centre bokaro jhakhand.. first time they only serviced only one of the rear wheel... i am again saying only one of the rear wheel... not both... but they told me that both wheel have been serviced... i got aware when one of the wheel starts heating up excessively... i visited again... this time i left my car for three days as they said for whole brake system servicing... but still problem not solved... after several visited again and again approx 5 to 6 times.. they replaced my brake booster with old brake booster of another car.. still problem not resolved... again after visiting several times they replaced new brake booster which came after 12 days...and for that time period i left my car for 10 days.. becoz with brake issue its not safe to drive..and i can't compromise with my life due to mistake done by renault which is such a reputed brand...but still problem is not solved... few days later i again visited and this time they said let, s try brake bleeding once again...but still problem is not solved... again after several visit..now they replaced my master cylinder(old one) from another car and told me that it has been replaced with a new one... when i told them next day, , they accepted that it was old one...their staff have given them wrong information ...anyways... still problem is not solved... now i got fed up with visiting servicing center again and again...in one and half month i have visited at least 15 times... but still problem is not resolved... plz plzz plzzzzzzzzzz renault india sort it out as soon as possible else i will give my car to municipal corporation. plz dont play with the life of your customer. Can somebody from Renault can look into this issue and train the staff and workshop also to rectify when somebody reports the issue. I found them incapable to deal or understand the issue. It is very easy to say that every thing is fine and no problem at all, whereas there are multiple customers who are facing the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
