[Resolved] Renault — Car service complaint | |||||
Sir, I have purchased the vehicle KL 40 G 9209(Renault Pulse) Four years back from Kochi. All services were done in the Kalamassery TVS showroom regularly.Even after raising the complaint oftently(a sound from the engine part) they didnt attend it and nothing was done for it.Without doing anything for it took Rs.24000 for the previous service.(80000). I think its fault from their side for not finding the exact reason for it.Now they are in a position to change some parts and the charge was exorbitant. Is it the way they should handle the matter. Each time when I raised the complaint, they said they will rectify it but nothing was done. Recently I gave at Perumbavoor showroom for service the charge nearly fourteen thousand.
