[Resolved] Renault — complaint against customer care | |||
Dear sir, We have called the customer more than 4 to 5 times... But they are not responding to our call. And also asking silky questions to us. We are facing lots of problems in our car The car is not giving pick up as per they should give. And also the petrol tank is not showing anything even we have filled up more than 500rs petrol... At the time of purchase you told there are 24 hours service.. And now customer care even not responding to us. Is it good service provided by renault?
