This is to bring to your notice that i had purchased kwid climber automatic bearing registration number ka.50. Z.1017 on 25.10.2017, from your yelhanka showroom. Car has travelled approximately 9523 kms and i have been diligent enough to get the car serviced in a timely manner as prescribed by your company personnel.

From the time of purchase of car i have been experiencing a lot default and repeated break down of the car. It is pertinent to note that the fuel indicator of the car has always had certain discrepancies in indicating the fuel and same was brought to the notice of your company personnel who evaded to provide efficient service. Subsequently there have been recurring instances of break down of car which again have been bought to the notice of your company personnel who have failed to provide a solution.

On 22.01.2019 the car broke down again on nh-7 which is considered to be one of the busiset roads in bengaluru around 9:30 p. M. Thus, aggrieved by the frequent break down of car i'm constrained to lodge this complaint seeking replacement of car or any other permanent solutions.
