[Resolved] Renault — delayed delivery and registration of duster all companies fault | |||
Booked a duster cvts from gurgaon haryana in 1st week of july 2017, with a promise of getting it by 3rd week. Got the said duster on 6th october 2017, the delay was never explained by renault after n no of complaints. Duster is yet to be registered as renault has made a mistake in my dusters chasis no and engine no// a homologation problem as per rto sonipat. This rectification is at snail speed with renault totally silent. The company has no shame at the delay and on the erorr of homologation. I as a consumer am sufferring both mentally and financially.
