[Resolved]  Renault — gear shift problem

I purchased renault duster from sprint cars motors in 2016 my car number dl 8c ak 8071, after couple of months i started facing gear shift problem and i had informed same issue to sprint cars workshop in okhla which is closed now, they had also verified told me that they replaced some cable for fixing this issue then it worked for some time i started facing same issue again after couple of months now in january 2018 i did my car service from a renault workshop situated at okhla near underpass and informed them about gear shift problem and also high beam, they did not fix these issues, today my car broke down and gear got stuck in middle of road i had called rsa and they have taken car to mayapuri workshop, i want a permanent resolution for this without costing me anything,
Please do the needful, if this is not fixed i will be posting these feedbacks all over internet about duster and your services

Hi, Here comes same GEAR PROBLEM again and this time again stuck highway in night I have faced so many problems with your car, I will never ever purchase renault and will never suggest anyone else also for this car. I again got stuck in middle of NH8 on 8th June with same problem, my gear got stuck and car could not start. I got stuck around 8:30 PM and was on road till 11:30 then crane came and picked up my car from road and took to nearest service center at kataria chowk gurgaon. The same problem was there before due to which I got stuck in my previous complaint, that time car was taken to renault mayapuri and there it stayed for around 1.5 weeks finally I got car and the advisor(Mahesh) and manager there assured me that this problem will not come and after just 2-3 weeks same problem was there due to which I got stuck again on NH8. Renault mayapuri made fool of me again and just did top up oil for gear. Even afer I told him that gear problem is still there mahesh said no it is resolved. Is there anyone who can take action on these guys. From the start when I purchased this car I have been facing several problems, first was AC problem, which took months to get resolved from okhla service center Then this gear stuck problem, which was major problem Also problem with dipper switch If I would not have taken extended car warranty, I would have thrown this car in trash Now, at kataria chowk gurgaon renault service center my car is lying, Its gear box is finally changed and due to gear problem my clutch also had problem, due to which they have changed clutch set also. I had spoken to Ashish over phone of which I have recorded call with me. If clutch was gone bad due to problem with gear why they have charged me for that. I will not pay anything for this car's problems. If gear box is changed in warranty you should change anything related to that with warranty now and also in future. This is really a harassment, I am travelling daily by cab by spending 1000 Rs per day just due to your stupid car, pay me 1000Rs*3 weeks = 15000 Rs for this This is my final notice, I will be using some other ways to deal with you if these problems persists.
