On 23rd, the new vehicle broke down half the way at 10pm. Next day, the roadside assistant attended at 8am at site and diagnosed as the battery is not recharging. He then started the car by external battery support. Then he asked us to take the car to kulur renault workshop. After driving a distance of 1.5 km, the car again konked off in the similar fashion at 9.15am. Roadside assistance attended at 10am and the car was towed to kulur workshop. New car within within three weeks had to be towed due to company defect. We would like to have a replacement of the company defective car with a new car. Was this information helpful? | |||
