[Resolved]  Renault — incorrect charges in bill and booking amount rs 10000 not refunded

I had purchased my Renault kwid in 2017, From starting everything was fine about car but after second service issue starts with my car, smoke comes from AC vent, water starts coming inside the car during rain .Due to my busy schedule I was unable to go for service .but as mansoon starts, it makes worst situation for me and my car, first week of July 2018, when there was heavy rain, then both front side of the car was drowned half from the height of seats and there collect 5 to 6 liter water inside the car which I drained by taking 45 minutes.And it makes bad smells inside the car and for prevention of bad smells, use air pressure at local shops at my own cost.
Then I decided to fix an appointment as earliest as possible.
As my 3rd free service was due, Renault agent contacted me on evening and had taken the appointment for next day .when next day(12 July 2018)I approached, Mr.gurpartap (Advisor)assigned to me but Mr kanwar approached me and i told all the history of my car which I explained above.
Estimated bill provide me where I found 1500 INR as LABOUR CHARGES.Then straightway, told if you cannot waive off labour charges during my 3rd free service then no need to do service of my car. And denied for Service.
Then I told Mr . Kanwar fix my issue of water collection inside my car and other concerns.
After half an hour he called me and said we had drained your ENGINE OIL, now we are going to fill new ENGINE OIL .when I asked why you drained my old engine oil without my permission, then No positive answer come from that side and asked about the issue of leakage of water, No satisfactory answer provided me.
and then I called Mr. Gurpartap and ask without my consent why drain my engine oil, he replied no problem ONE ANOTHER CAR WAS REACHED THERE FOR SERVICE, HE TOLD MECHANIC IN FRONT OF ME THAT DRAIN THE OLD ENGINE OF THAT CAR AND PUT IN THIS CAR, WHEN MECHANIC SAID THAT THAT WAS DIESEL CAR, WE CANNOT PUT ENGINE OIL OF THAT CAR, Then he kept quiet. Really it SURPRISED me that in front of me they are doing such petty things.IT WAS SEEMING LIKE THAT I WAS IN LOCAL MARKET NOT IN RENAULT WORKSHOP.
Instantly I said fill NEW ENGINE OIL
And decided to move from there instantly.
Before I left, Mr rajinder Kumar(parts manager) asked the reason for not to service I explained the whole event which happened.
Then ask for 5 minutes to solve the issue of LABOUR CHARGES. and sent me to waiting room, but after 20 to 30 minutes when there was no response, then I reached and asked, Mr rajinder and CC manager told me that after contacting their higher authorities, they will ready to waive only 1000 and you have to pay only 500 INR AS LABOUR CHARGES inclusive of GST.
I didn't have other option now, because I wasted there 2to 3 hours already and engine oil already they drain and service was my necessity of car.
As no other option, I agreed and told them the concern related to my car.
In evening, when I called, I came to know that there was water inside the car and they need one more day for diagnose the problem, I was not in hurry .I permitted .
When next day on dated 13.7.18, Me Gurpartap called me in morning around 11a.m that your car is ready and there is no problem now.when i reached there at evening 7 .00 P.M with my colleague, Firstly I checked my car from inside, It was still wet and persists .it was disappointing for me.i request to dry the car, they tried but problem still there.

Finally I decided to pay the bill, when I cross checked the bill, again I found that there was cheating done by RENAULT AGENTS,
There was commitment of rs 500 as LABOUR CHARGES WITHOUT GST, BUT INVOICE SHOWING( 550+ GST). STRAIGHTWAY I FELT CHEATED.It is not the matter of money, IT IS AGAINST WHAT THEY COMMITTED TO ME.
When I complained about it, CC MANAGER called to her senior instantly and after that she was ready to waive off the amount.But I denied as I was not looking for that amount refund. She tried all efforts but she had no powers as manager to refund my money, ATLEAST ONE SENIOR WHO TOOK THE DECISION AT THERE OWN LEVEL, SHOULD BE PRESENT THERE.ONLY SHE WAS PRESENT AT LATE NIGHT AND LISTENING MY PROBLEM BUT SEEMS HELPLESS..REST OF THE STAFF WAS MISSING. It SHOWED TOTALLY THAT RENAULT STAFF WAS NOT BOTHER ABOUT THE VALUE OF THERE WORDS AND CUSTOMERS AND TRIED TO CHEAT THERE CUSTOMER FOR MONEY .

My SECOND CONCERN
After all this happened, my another concern is regarding my ONLINE BOOKING AMOUNT FOR RS 10000 INR, Since more than 1 year has been passed, but till date it is not resolved .I had booked my car online but When at the time of purchased this car, JALANDHAR DEALER DID NOT PROVIDE ME FULL BILL AMOUNT AND charged me rs 10000 EXTRA .THERE WAS NO RECEIPT OF THAT .
RENAULT CHEATED ME FIRST TIME THERE AND NOW IT WAS SECOND TIME.
NOW, i can never FAITH ON RENAULT BRAND and in future avoid to any kind of purchase from this brand.
Some Questions raised.÷
1.Why without consent they drain engine oil if I am not willing for that?
2.If the issue of car was not solved, then how they can say the problem is solved ?
3.Car was in there shop for almost for 30 hours, why they did not dried the car fully before handed over to me?
4.Why RENAULT staff make wrong commitment for waive off charges and make additional charges beyond their own commitment.
5.IS IT MORE IMPORTANT FOR RENAULT STAFF TO TAKE LABOUR CHARGES IN FREE SERVICE RATHER THAN TO SOLVE PROBLEMS .
5.Why other staff was missing.?Why she was present there only as senior but no powers as manager.
6.why there approach was so casual?
7.Why Senior manager not present there to solve and listen all the concern on the spot?
8.When will RENAULT refund my rs 10000 plus compensation amount and now I want all my hard earned money refunded as earliest as possible?
