[Resolved] Renault — insurance renewal

I have been asked by trident renault bangalore insurance team to transfer the amount of my car insurance but seems to be they are not generating my policy immediately. Not sure why are they holding my amount when they don't raise the policy. Before the amount is sent they call us 100 times for the payment but no response after the amount is sent.

I got my insurance in hand given by the trident Renault Mysore road. Thanks. This kind of commitment is very much required to gain customer satisfaction else why would we go to a non indian vehicle
