Renault — ISSUE IN THE CAR|| Huge Disappointment

I have had a horrendous experience since the day I have unfortunately booked a vehicle with Renault. I dread and curse my decision to even consider Renault over a certainly more prominent and established player.

I write this to you with sheer anguish post the mental harassment that a Delhi Renault and Jammu Renault Team has put me through post delivery of the car.

I have already raised multiple communication through Phone Call, Email, Whatsapp and best possible means. My complaints are as below :
I unfortunately made my first transaction on 1st Feb 2021 to buy my first vehicle of my life, which is usually the happiest moment in anyone's life. But this decision of going with Renault has turned up into a pathetic experience along with the worst decision. The car which was being sold to me was a 2020 model and there were many dents on the bonnet of the car and this was witnessed by the Renault Delivery team.Somehow, i gathered my emotions and stayed foolish to accept the assurance of renault team that car will replaced.Yes, the car was changed but ideally I should not have trusted Renault team as I was not aware I will be be-fooled again.
After taking the delivery the car was not accelerating properly, still after driving 100 odd kms I was facing the same issue.Also during the first service of the car I mentioned this issue with them.But being innocent and naive I banked upon Renault service team and they said that the issue will be resolved.The said issue was not addressed properly.
Then I drove this car to my home town purposefully to gift it to my MOM after all the efforts of my hard earned money.Then one fine day I was out with my family and when I parked my car and then started again and unfortunately it was not getting started.After trying to start the car multiple times but I failed then I called for the assistance which was my mistake again.I was stuck at night alone in the midst of a road then a guy came around 10-10:30 pm which I appreciate but he couldn't solve the problem and the car was not getting started. So I left the car over there and obviously again my disappointment started bothering me mentally as well as emotionally.
In the morning the guy came and he witnessed the issue.So in order to start the car he gave an external power to the battery and started the car.After getting started he took the car to Renault Service center jammu to diagnose the main issue. I was chasing them for the whole day over call for the issue and they mentioned that the car has a battery issue. Now to my surprise when the car was getting delivered back to me I came to know that the battery was changed too to a different vendor and acceleration paddle was also changed, this whole thing was done without me knowing or taing my consent or even informing me.Also all the things were kept under table and when I was asking them only then they were mentioned that what exactly they have changed.
Then to his justification he was saying the pickup of the car is not accurate as they changed the battery and that is the reason they replaced the acceleration paddle.So I raised the issue again as the car was not performing as expected and even worse till date.This car is only 2k Kms driven and I am facing so many issues along with the service.
After so much of the stress given by the renault people I was getting multiple calls for the resolution and assurance but that was all fake ang vague.Eventually Mr. Gaurav introduced him as a Area Head North and we had a con call with his team which led to a pathetic service to a customer who is still in trouble by buying a vehicle with Renault.I didn't get the resolution till date which I desired for or expected for.Every call was being made with new executive/managers but unfortunately it gave me more stress as I explained the issue to everyone separately. That too in such a situation when I was not happy with the Renault Service Team.Every person was giving me fake assurance but no healthy resolution was given to me. After so much disappointment and disbelief I am writing to you and expecting the best support.It's been a very ridiculous experience till now with Renault.I request you to read this mail as a customer and post that give your resolution by utilizing good offices.
Also me to share the previous conversation since the beginning and I am requesting you to provide me a solution considering the stress and the harassment. I am banking upon you as a supreme.
