[Resolved]  Renault — Kwid car boot space suspension and petrol tank cap side flooded with mud

Hi, m proud owner of renault kwid car. M satisfied wid car no issues till now.. But in rainy days my boot space n petrol tank cap space flooded wid mud, m residing at ratnagiri. N m comfortable to get service from panvel center but now i came to panvel n people from serv. Centr givin me excuse n asking me to come on wednesday. M leaving mumbai on tuesday.. What should i do.? Before coming to mumbai i asked d executive abt my issues n they told me it will resolve once u come down to service center. N now they asking me to wait till wednesday i called them 2 weeks before..
