[Resolved]  Renault — Kwid delivery

Today dealer staff called me & saying we will deliver you vehicle in 1st week of Dec'15 but we can't help you regarding your loss of 17000/-.
This response is not acceptable & now i am thinking to cancel the booking & renault has to refund me all my full payment including cancellation charges, loan processing fees.
The renault customer relation team is also not responding properly & always their answer is sir, we will discuss with our team & let you know.
I spoken with one of the customer who booked vehicle on 26th Sep & received delivery of Kwid on 5th Nov from same dealer by paying 5, 000/-Rs.
Then why they are not delivered vehicle to me after booking on 6th Sep'2015 by paying 25000/-

Dear Renault Customer Relations Team,
With reference to trailing mail request you to take immediate action, from last week I am following up but still I have not received any confirmation about my vehicle delivery date its very casual approach towards customer complaint & looks like less importance to customers complaint/request.
I am starting my relationship with Renault with such a bad sales experience & its very annoying situation as a new customer because I am not able to get vehicle in 'Diwali festival season'.
I spent Rs 10000/- to hire a car for my already planed family vacation because of new vehicles delay delivery.
My 1st car loan EMI of RS 7268/- is already deducted from my bank account without getting vehicle delivery, so total Rs 17268/- loss for me because of your poor planning.
Request Renault to confirm about who will bare my loss of RS 17268/- before delivering vehicle Dealer or Renault?

Dear sir, with reference to trailing mail I  received call from dealer, but I did booking for kwid RXT on 6th Sep & dealer offered me kwid RXL model on 5th Nov after receiving payment for RXT model.
Reason because dealer is having RXL model & dealer is not having information when he will be getting RXT model.
Now dealer is saying you will get RXT model on 1st week of Dec.
But my full payment is already received by dealer & my 1st EMI of Rs 7200/- is due on 15 Nov 2015.
Before receiving the vehicle how customer can Pay the EMI? The EMI amount of Rs 7200/- is to be paid by dealer or Renault India or Renault has to deliver vehicle before 14th Nov 2015.
Request Renault India to look in the issue seriously which can affect on your brand image which shows less customer care, weak internal communication, poor planning, wrong  commitments to customer, poor responsibility taking by dealer-renault to handle/ resolve VOC.
This approach is not acceptable in automotive service industry & contributes to loose customers trust on dealer & brand as well as SSI & CSI rankings.
