[Resolved] Renault — kwid/ I am complaining about service center. warangal | |||
Good day to every one. My brother handed over to warangal service center for replacing of damaged door due to hit by un identified vehicle. The handed over around june 15th. They passed time till august 02, due to original insurance bond /rti which are provided b y them when the vehicle delivered week itself. So 3 months they kept car in their service center, and when demand the details for the delay in written, they could not make as they worry about their job. When i check gate register for details from the security, that also not maintained, only third party bikes recording because they provide some space for parking. Yesterday my son visited to remind and find the date of delivery, they promised on monday they will do definitely. My concern is the money i spent for private cars and my inconvenience caused due to this delay. Big surprise is they blame sales team, when i shout on sales team they blame on service team, when i demand written explanation both afraid. So kindly suggest to get relief from this pain.
