[Resolved] Renault — miscommunication with the customer lost 10000 | |||||
Purchased renault kwid from hitech city outlet. The dealership has not provided proper information to me thus resulting in paying an extra 2% (10000) of charges towards rta. When spoke to the customer support and other teams, their response was not proper and the dealership started blaming the rta server for their problems and not even bothered about the customers pain. Totally rude conversation from the customer support cell and the local csm, finally offered me accessories worth 1500 which is not even 15% of my loss and they spoke as if they have no mistake from their end and as if they are doing me a favour.
