[Resolved] Renault — nissan renault finance worst support | |
I have contacted (Via email) the renault finance team for the foreclosure of my 4 wheeler loans and they have mentioned the amount to be paid. I have payed all the amount they have mentioned and now they are not responding to me. Even not providing me noc and they are going to deduct the emi for the loan which i have already paid. My father went to the local office (Kannur, kerala) they are questioning my father why we have foreclose the loan and the are not helping us. They are telling you guys have paid the amount contacting the online team and they are not having any information. We need to contact the online team on the customer care number which is not available due to covid-19. Now i am stuck without no help.
