[Resolved] Renault — Non delivery of renault kwid | |||
Sir/Madam, I have booked a renault Kwid RxT(o), Outback Bronze by paying Rs 31000/- through Renault dealer Ship at Meghalaya Shillong on[protected]. As per the booking list, I am at Sl No 15 waiting list. Although 2 (two) lots of renault kwid have been received (20 to 30 Nos) by the shillong dealership, 1st lot -before Durga Puja Festival and 2nd Lot just after the Durga puja (in the month of october 2015) the car has not been delivered to me. This has raised some doubts and suspicion in my mind that there might be some kind of malpractice or manipulation by the shillong dealership so as to favour some section of customer who might have paid extra money to them and the cars have not been delivered as per the Booking serial no. Whenever, I enquire about the number of cars that they have received, they would not divulge the information.
