[Resolved] Renault — non delivery of vehicle within promised time and refund of booking amount | |
Hi, i have booked renault kwid rxt amt silver color on 21-apr-2018 from anamallais motors private limited, coimbatore. The car was supposed to be delivered on 09-may-2018. We did not get correct updates on the status of the car. On 11-may-2018, the salesperson called me and said that the car is being transported from the factory to coimbatore and would reach by 14-may-2018. We did not get any further updates later. On 16-may-2018, we visited the showroom to know the status of the vehicle. The same salesperson was there and he told us that the vehicle is in pdi. When we spoke with the manager, he said that the vehicle is still in the factory. We got different information from the people. We could not believe them and we cancelled the booking. It is a big disappointment for us and also waste of time, and money for us. It is one of the worst customer service that we received. Was this information helpful? | |
May 28, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I got call from the Renault customer care and they were very prompt I'm resolving the issue. Car showroom dealers make false promises and customers have to suffer. Also, this brings bad reputation to the car manufacturer.
