[Resolved] Renault — Poor maintenance support by Crystal Dealer of Gaziabad | |||
I am owner of Lodgy world edition purchased on 30 Dec 2016, Chasis no MEEJSRWHG6007202, engine E038813, I have arrived to date 04 Feb 17 after pre booking a week back for my first free service, I have encountered following issues Person appointed Gaurav has nil knowledge about product Person not able to explain quantum of work envisaged in first service He initial informed me that no cleaning and washing possible due to defective machine, however when I checked inside the machine was working It gives me shock that a reputed product like Renault has recruited person who don't take care of their customers An early reply and action taken will be appreciated Was this information helpful? | |||
