[Resolved] Renault — poor service and false quote from service advisor | |||
Dear sir I have renault duster vechile no ka09 ma 5589 present 60000km used My name manikantan ps mobil no [protected], [protected] I use to give service regularly to your renault dealer mysore M/s vidhatri motor pvt ltd and from last 2 service they are insisting to change all the parts which are in good condition and on 07/09/2017 I had given vechile for regular service and i told service advisor just regular checkup and service he accepted my vechile. Around 10.30 am he called over phone stating that vechile suspension has to replace and its oil is leaking and i told dnt not to replace wait until i check it and i went their and i checked their was no leak and he argues it is inside the suspension u cant see. I warned him and told him that i have to complaint renault and he doesnt bother about it and again he is tell me to replace the vechile suspension.. Renault plz look into this type of issue or other wise renault will lose the market.. Was this information helpful? | |||
