[Resolved] Renault — product quality complaint | |||
I bought a renault kwid car in 2015 december and also i purchased extended warranty for two years so my my car is warrantied till 2019 december. I went for my routine service today at kannur service center and my adviser mentioned me my cars silencer is broken, again the entire clutch unit is faulty again they said my car crashed some where and there is an engine oil leakage and i then realized there was no engine guard for my car. So all together a bill of rs 25000, so they explained none of the product comes under extended warranty so now my question is, is this the quality of a product, my car just covered 35000 kms if it has covered like lakhs of kilometer we could say that may be due to wear and tear but just 35000 kms so this is a manufacturing defect. I really need your support and advice in this as a valuable customer i need to get this problem sorted and i am not liable to pay this much huge amount as i am on warranty period.
