The quality of the car is very poor. Front discs has been changed in 40000 km! And the pads are regularly changed. Gear knob has been completely damaged, when it comes to change the gear from first to second it stuck.
While closing the door there's been a lot of sound arise. The service center didn't do anything while we complain about this matter.

29/06/2017 morning, I booked Renault kwid std with advance amount of Rs.2000.00( rupees two thousand) and cancelled afternoon because I like to buy kwid rxl . Now the dealer "basudev motors, jorhat-785010" have not refund the said advance amount till date.
