[Resolved] Renault — Registration issue and product issue | |||
To whom so ever it may concern I am Amit I bought kwid rxt amt (top model) last month from NCR Motors India Pvt Ltd, sohna road gurgaon. Its not even been a month to my purchase and I am facing issues with the gear, ac and horn operations, have already sent the car ones to the workshop yet the very next day the horn of the car fails to respond. This is not acceptable from a brand new car from showroom that to from a brand like Renault. I want my money back as I feel that this is a manufacturing defect and its in the production of the lot so even an exchange... even i am facing issue to get registered number from them and no one is packing phone from any of staff, like sales person, Registration person and showroom GM. my car purchase date is -12-Jan and yet we have not receive car no & RC. i want to return my car please advice. A mini truck driver broked the side mirror of my car when the car was parked and he ran away..without paying for his mistake...his tempo no is. MH 05 BH 3178 please make him pay for his mistakes ...
