[Resolved] Renault — Renault Bangalore dealer charging Handling and logistics charges compulsory

Hi Renault India,

Today I went to book for Kiger RXZ NA dual tone variant from Trident Silk board, Bangalore dealer.

They have added Rs 9853 as Handling and Logistics charges to the overall On- road price.

Want to raise a complaint against that, why they have made compulsory and how can I get that waived off.

Please help me here
