[Resolved] Renault — renault duster - poor quality product - windshield crack within 1 week | |||||
My company has purchased duster for me on 6th april 2019. I have driven this vehicle for 450 kms and it is now 9 days old. Today morning (17th april 2019) i notice a crack in the front windshield without any reason. I am really disappointed with the quality of this product and renault dusters ability as an tough and rugged suv. I suspect and have doubt about the quality control process of duster manufacturing. The workmanship of duster is poor& quality control process is poor. I have raised a complaint in this regard with duster but still awaiting the answer from them. As a new customer to renault i am highly disappointed and i do not recommend this vehicle to anybody. Please dont buy renault duster, it a poor quality product Was this information helpful? | |||||
