So my nightmare started right after i bought duster rxs cvt on 30th june 2017 delivered on 3rd july 17. Ever since the purchase of this car my life has been on a roller coaster ride. You have sold me a defective vehicle, i started facing issues right from the 2nd week of the purchase of the car. First the abs malfunction light comes up for no reason when called the sales guy who sold me a melon instead of a car, says please ignore it there’s nothing to worry about, then comes my first free service in september 17 where i share my list of issues regarding the mileage (By the way is a mileage of an elephant 6kms per hour) commendable for a cvt engine. I was told to check after the first service. Did that patiently and guess what nothing changed but i noticed something even more stranger after the first service in september the front grill started discoloration upon calling the service center executive manjunath at silk board service center who tended to the car during the first service. Instead of acknowledging the problem he stated that the vehicle could have been exposed to some chemicals (Lol) and i need to bring the car back to check the damage... Hilarious isn’t it well i thought so too. After multiple angry escalations and breaking my head with # the grill was replaced as their quality product has reacted to the one of the polishing material. Problem solved right? Wrong!!! That was one of the problems sorted which was created by them.. The issue with regard to abs malfunction light.. Nobody gave a damn about it... On 10th october the nightmare began again the abs malfunction started blinking again, this time i took a pic as proof because these # couldn't relate to the problem, it didn't end there.. By the way every time there some problem they would expect you to visit the damn service center as if we customers don't have anything else to do it life. On 9th november the power circuit failure light started blinking... While in middle of peak traffic, i reached out to the service center asking for help they said nobody is there as it’s 7:30 pm... After requesting of couple of times, i was asked to drive down to the service center while dayanand joined me near silk board, after the initial inspection they did find some problem with the power circuit and was asked to leave the car for further inspection... Wow isn’t it great. After 48 hours of inspection was told that there’s a problem with the sensor panel... Can you imagine my frustration...4 months old car and defective sensor panel... Applause... The best part is, the service head manjunath had the audacity to tell me not to worry as you have the warranty to fix such issues... And the part will be replaced. He spoke as if he paid it from his pocket. Dayanand promised that the sensor panel will be replaced blah blah... After one and half months painful wait and follow-ups the panel was replaced was promised nothing will go wrong now. Lo behold!!! Feb 2018 abs malfunction light is on again... Fed up of this #... Today i sent the car for second free service and complained about abs malfunction # again... I was told they will look into it and update me... And guess what guru called me saying there’s some problem with abs for sure...... Called deepa who is the so called service head... As usual gave me cold response... Standard bull# about i’ll look into it and get back. Didn’t have the guts to call back and asked dayanand to call who started begging me to give him another chance to fix this issue.

Now tell me why should i keep quiet after paying 13 freaking lakhs of my hard-earned money... I don't want this car back... You keep it and refund my money. I’m sick a and tired of the lies the bull# and unprofessional lame # attitude and above all a defective car... If this is how you deal with customers who pay so much money you are doing one heck of a job... You sell melons in the name of suv... Bravo... You must have one heck of a legal team who helps you sell these defective pieces.. Without any guilt and get away with it. Guess mr. Renault india head to take sensible measures, and either refund my money or give me a replacement. You have to pay a price for all the mental stress /agony you put me through by selling this white elephant to me. I have gone through enough of # by dealing with this car and # in your service center. You have a long way to go before you establish your reputation. Just by selling sheer numbers you won’t succeed. Pay attention to what you’re making and selling. This is one disappointing and disgusting experience anybody could go through. Take accountability of your screw ups... Idiotic and arrogant behavior won't fix it. Train your damn staff on how to handle customers... We are not # who’ve invested is some stupid toy. You can keep the car... Won’t be taking this defective product with me. Stop treating customers like they are some ignorant fools.
