[Resolved]  Renault — renault kwid build quality and warranty policy

I bought renault kwid 1.0 l on sept 2016. Recently the silencer was cut and had to replace it (Jan 7 2019). I was not able to get warranty even though it was not an accident or from normal wear and tear. The cut looks like a manufacturing defect. Attached picture of the same. Deeply disappointed with the quality of kwid and warranty policy. Please improve your build quality and refund the amount paid for silencer (Trident renault, white field: rs 3439)
Note: i have an extended warranty (Renault secure) till sept l 2020

No I haven't got a satisfactory response. One part is warranty wasn't given and the other issue of poor quality of silencer from renault
