[Resolved] Renault — Renault kwid rxl Roharsh motors Pune | |||||
I received the delivery for my renault kwid rxl on the[protected] from Roharsh motors dealership in baner, pune. I had made the full payment on the[protected], which means they had one month's time to get the "live for more accessory package" which i was supposed to receive with the car. They are still saying that they have not yet received the accessories. Secondly, they had made a mistake in the insurance policy which i have not yet received too. Now the main thing, on the 29th(next day) the horn stopped working, and a/c nob stopped turning. I found out that both the rear tyres had multiple punctures in them and the nozzle was also damaged. If my grievance is not resolved asap i will have to resort to litigation and sue the company for mental harrasment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
