[Resolved] Renault — serious issue: road death planned by kwid 1.0 amt, new car and reno service center faizabad road, lucknow - dr. sachidanand singh | |||
I am dr. Sachidanand singh owing an amt kwid 1.0 car purchased in may 2018 (Up32jv7593), i feel reno - kwid has cheated me by giving me a defective car in 2018, which i purchased from renault showroom chinhat, lucknow. I am mentally and physically harassed by the company and service center both. This started when, just after the one-month purchase of the car, there was a brake issue where i was putting the brake but, it was not happening, and due to which i had a front collision with other car, reno service center, said it may be rain issue and they forcefully justified me with some reason, where i was telling them no it’s a defective piece. 1.in ii service again i reported about the brake issue, which they said they have resolved. 2. Iii service time i said about the raise issue and a red signal coming as, the car stops raising in the center of the road. 3. For this issue the car has went three times in the month of august and sept 2019 for almost 15 days. 4. Again after the three times service for the same issue again today morning and evening the car stopped raising. 5. This raising problem happened three times in the middle of the road, in the high way where any thing can happen, but some how i took it at one side of the road. 6. After three service for the same issue, i feel either reno kwid don’t want to accept that they have made a defective piece which was hand over to me or reno service center is not able to take this problem. 7. At both the case i am mentally and physically harassed as my daily office work is hampered for a 1 year new car. 8. I also feel that reno has no serious concern about any human life, because this type of serious issue is not taken seriously, and if some thing happens to me in road while driving this car and stops taking raise in middle of the road, the whole responsibility goes to renault company and reno service center. 9. I want you all to take this issue right now into serious action, and give me the possible better solution by replacing this car, since you all people had made my life in danger for three times, even though by knowing this issue. 10.
